Composition Coffee House was founded with a vision to create a space where exceptional coffee and genuine community could thrive together. Opening its doors in West Palm Beach in May 2021, Composition quickly became known for its commitment to quality, sourcing coffee from the most respected and ethical partners. Over the years, Composition has grown into a beloved gathering place, where every cup of coffee is brewed with precision, and every guest is welcomed with warmth. Our journey is driven by our love for coffee coupled with a desire to have a lasting positive impact on our relationships throughout the coffee industry.

FARMER

At Composition Coffee, we believe that exceptional coffee starts at the source. Our partnerships are of the greatest importance to us. We have always sought out partnerships with producers and roasters who consistently prioritize sustainability, quality and long term partnerships.

ROASTER

We partner with roasters who share our commitment to quality and precision, treating each batch with the attention it deserves. These roasters fully and evenly develop coffee in a way that allows the terroir of each coffee to be expressed with as little intrusion on inherent flavor profiles as possible from the roasting process.

BREWER

Our baristas take the brewing process seriously, treating each cup as an opportunity to preserve and share the full story of a given coffee. Our team is trained to understand the variables associated with brewing and use that knowledge to control and bring out the best qualities in each coffee. We are students, experimenters and stewards that strive to be teachers, innovators, and ambassadors of our coffee.
